Returns
You can use the Post Office to return items to us.
To return your items, all you need to do is:
- Complete the returns slip included with your order and place in your parcel.
- Peel off the printed returns address label at the bottom of your advice note and securely attach it to your parcel.
- Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office and ask for the standard parcel delivery service. We would advise you take out additional insurance if the contents of your parcel exceed €20 to ensure you are fully compensated if your parcel goes missing. Please ask for and keep your proof of posting
Refunds
We have a no quibble 28 day returns policy. We hope you love your items but if you’re not happy for any reason you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt of your parcel.
There are a few items that can’t be returned, please see our FAQ’s section for more information.
If you want to return an item simply complete your returns slip and enclose it with your returned item clearly marking if you’d like a refund or replacement. Then attach the peel off returns label to the outside of the package. Please make sure you pack your items securely.
You can return items via your postal service.
Please make sure you ask for and retain your receipt as proof of your return,KIDSWELLIES can’t be held responsible for any items that may be damaged or go missing in transit.
You will receive your refund within 5 working days of KIDSWELLIES receipt of your parcel or replacement items.
Returns postage, will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or were sent incorrectly.
